I have very thin hair, so bought the 80g thinking it would be perfect size, but unfortunately it was too heavy for my hair. Quality is great, and it looks so much more natural than other pony tail extensions, which would just fall off. I turned it into a messy bun, which took the pressure off my head, and it looked nice and full. I'm going to purchase again, but going with the thinnest option next time.

Product is great but customer service was better

Had a concern about not receiving my order in time. The specific ponytail I ordered is in high demand. I expressed my concerns to the OG team on Instagram and engaged with Abby. She was amazing!!! I won’t bore you with the specifics but all I can say is, she went above and beyond. I have received my ponytail, trialled it and I can’t believe how easy it is to install. Have an appt this Friday to have my hair colour matched and blended to the product :) I’m excited to wear it!!! Thanks Abby x

I sure know my hair products! I have thin hair and have found the other products like this make my pony tail heavier which I worried would just make my thin hair worse by pulling on the roots. They were also very visible. The OG is totally hidden, natural looking, really easy to put in and best of all doesn't feel heavy! Love it!
