Do We Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
Yes! We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days on all unopened, unused OG Ponytail hair extensions. To ensure eligibility, the security sticker on the compartment box containing your OG Ponytail must remain intact.
We do offer refunds or order cancellations, however a 20% restocking fee applies.
(You can still change your colour or style with no fee.)
Once this security sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

Can I Return or Exchange Once Opened?
No. Due to hygiene regulations, human hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. We take hygiene and public safety seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, opened items cannot be returned. Your package will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, and if the security seals are tampered with, a refund or exchange will not be possible. Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
