By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Availability

   • All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll notify you and provide an alternative or refund.

2. Orders & Payment

   • Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

   • Payment is due at checkout. We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

   • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Once dispatched, OG Ponytail is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal delays, customs).

4. Returns & Exchanges

   • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or worn hair products.

   • For unopened/unused items, please see our Returns Policy.

5. Pre-Orders

   • Payment is taken at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided, but may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

   • All content (logos, images, copy) belongs to OG Ponytail. No use without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • OG Ponytail is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the use or inability to use our products.

8. Changes to Terms

   • We reserve the right to update these Terms. The latest version will always be posted here.
