Every OG is made from 100% Remy Human Hair.
Your ponytail can be:

Many blonde shades can also be cooled using a purple shampoo.

Rather than selling out completely, we offer Back Orders so you can reserve your OG before it arrives.
This secures your place in the next production batch.

These charges are determined by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns and exchanges on unopened OG Ponytails.
To be eligible:
✔ Security seal must remain intact
✔ Product must not be opened
✔ Product must remain unused
Because OG Ponytails are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, opened items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Can I tone it?
Yes.
Many blonde shades can be toned using purple shampoo or professionally toned.
Can I colour it?
Yes.
OG Ponytails can be professionally coloured.
Can I cut it?
Absolutely.
Many customers have their hairdresser trim and layer their OG for the perfect blend.
Can I curl it?
Yes.
Treat it just like your own hair.
Can I straighten it?
Yes.
Use heat styling tools as you would on your own hair.
Can I wash it?
Yes.
Wash using sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner as required.
Why doesn't my Colour Tester look perfect?
Your tester is shown in a flat block format.
Once clipped into your ponytail, the individual shades blend together naturally.
My ponytail feels heavy.
Try:
• Clipping the OG slightly further away from your hair tie.
• Wearing your ponytail higher.
• Flipping your ponytail upside down before attaching.
I have thin hair. Which OG should I choose?
We usually recommend starting with either:
• Lite OG
or
• Petite OG
depending on the amount of volume & length you're hoping to achieve.
