Had a concern about not receiving my order in time. The specific ponytail I ordered is in high demand. I expressed my concerns to the OG team on Instagram and engaged with Abby. She was amazing!!! I won’t bore you with the specifics but all I can say is, she went above and beyond. I have received my ponytail, trialled it and I can’t believe how easy it is to install. Have an appt this Friday to have my hair colour matched and blended to the product :) I’m excited to wear it!!! Thanks Abby x

Am loving what I can do with this ponytail extension and how naturally it blends with my own hair. High ponytail, low ponytail, even a braid down my back. It sits securely and looks like my own hair. The light brown is the perfect colour for my hair too, which is a light-mid ashy brown.

I sure know my hair products! I have thin hair and have found the other products like this make my pony tail heavier which I worried would just make my thin hair worse by pulling on the roots. They were also very visible. The OG is totally hidden, natural looking, really easy to put in and best of all doesn't feel heavy! Love it!
