Returns/Exchange

Do We Offer Refunds or Exchanges?

We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days on all unopened, unused OG Ponytail hair extensions. To ensure eligibility, the security sticker on the compartment box containing your OG Ponytail must remain intact. Once this security sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

Can I Return or Exchange Once Opened?

No. Due to hygiene regulations, human hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. We take hygiene and public safety seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, opened items cannot be returned. Your package will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, and if the security seals are tampered with, a refund or exchange will not be possible. I love the ponytail I got (80grams) - perfect to add volume for special occasions or night out. I think I will also buy the slim ponytail down the track for an everyday boost (I can use the current one but it's wider, so takes bit more adjusting to get to right perfect under my natural hair).
