All OG Ponytail orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days by our warehouse team.

Returns/Exchange

Do We Offer Refunds or Exchanges?

We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days on all unopened, unused OG Ponytail hair extensions. To ensure eligibility, the security sticker on the compartment box containing your OG Ponytail must remain intact. Once this security sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

Please note: All refunds are processed minus a $20 shipping and handling fee to cover logistics and restocking. Click HERE to download our Exchange form.

Can I Return or Exchange Once Opened?

No. Due to hygiene regulations, human hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. We take hygiene and public safety seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, opened items cannot be returned. Your package will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, and if the security seals are tampered with, a refund or exchange will not be possible. Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
