Always match by selecting the closest color that matches the ends of your natural hair to get the perfect blend. It is recommended to go a shade lighter so if needed you can color your OG to custom match to your hair.
For the OG, Never match to the root color of your hair as the OG will be blending with the mid to ends of your natural hair.

Do We Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days on all unopened, unused OG Ponytail hair extensions. To ensure eligibility, the security sticker on the compartment box containing your OG Ponytail must remain intact. Once this security sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

Can I Return or Exchange Once Opened?
No. Due to hygiene regulations, human hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. We take hygiene and public safety seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, opened items cannot be returned. Your package will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, and if the security seals are tampered with, a refund or exchange will not be possible.
